GreenBox POS needed a payments platform robust enough to take a company from private operations to a NASDAQ Capital Markets listing. That meant multi currency acquiring, real time settlement, treasury dashboards fit for CFO level visibility, and the operational rigor a public company's auditors and regulators expect: all delivered on a timeline compatible with the IPO calendar.

A production grade payments infrastructure with multi currency acquiring and payouts, double entry ledger, automated reconciliation, and real time treasury reporting. Compliance, KYC/AML screening, and audit ready evidence trails were designed in from day one: not bolted on before the S 1.

The offering was led by Kingswood Capital Markets. The platform engineered pre IPO now trades on NASDAQ under the ticker RVYL.
