Embedded senior squads are the right move for the first year — you ship investor-grade AI features inside a 6-week window instead of losing a quarter to recruiting, onboarding, and ramping a first hire. Most engagements exit into a smaller in-house team our engineers helped hire and trained during the pilot.

Fixed-price 6-week Guaranteed Pilot for the first engagement — target defined in writing before work begins, and miss the target and the pilot is free (see /proof#guaranteed-pilot). Ongoing engagements after the pilot are scoped as monthly retainers against a written roadmap. We publish ranges in the architecture briefing rather than a rate card because the price moves with the acceptance criteria.

The initial Guaranteed Pilot is a 6-week fixed-scope engagement. Retainer engagements after the pilot run three to twelve months with 30-day notice either side. Engineers work US Pacific to Eastern with at least four hours of daily overlap with your team's core hours; async work happens on your schedule.

The engagement pattern is embedded team augmentation, not staffing. We do not maintain a recruiter bench or place individual contractors into open reqs. Every engineer on your engagement is a full Agentic Giants team member with 12+ years of experience, coordinated with an architect and delivery PM, and accountable to the written Guaranteed Pilot criteria — not to a staffing agency contract.
