The advisory phase covers the compliance regime alongside the architecture; the implementation phase ships production systems audited to the same controls, with the attestation issued against your deployment by your auditor of record.

Four artifacts, signed by the client and the named architect: (1) target-state architecture document, (2) buy-vs-build decision with vendor comparison table and pricing scenarios, (3) written acceptance criteria for the follow-on implementation pilot, (4) evaluation harness design so the buyer's team can score outputs after Agentic Giants exits. Every artifact is portable — if the implementation phase goes to another vendor, the client keeps the documents.

Advisory engagements are fixed-price against the four deliverables above, scoped in the initial architecture briefing. Prices sit inside a range published in the briefing rather than a public rate card because the scope moves with the compliance regime and the vendor set.
